It’s a simple statement that means so much to thousands of LUG Athletes playing in our recreational sports leagues across North America. For most young adults, when you age-out of minor sports programming, your sports career is essentially over - that's where LUG comes in. LUG started as a way to keep athletes playing recreational and competitive sports for longer. From our original roots as a small 6 team hockey league, we have grown into one of the largest adult sports leagues with over 20,000 athletes, across 50+ cities and 8 sports.
