Game day staff
LUG is now hiring team members to join us at games as part of our Game Day Staff operations support. LUG Game Day staff support the on-site delivery of the best rec sports league experience in the world. You will be vital in assisting with the game day setup, operations, & delivery of league games.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT:
- Set up and tear down LUG equipment and marketing materials at games.
- Lead on site social media including recording videos and photos and posting to social media, tagging players.
- Record scores, track stats, upload game results
- Bring the experience to life - play music, goal songs, distribute MVP prizes, league gear, and promotional items.
- Manage game operations on location including game start and end times, rule enforcement, and safe game play.
- Record incidents and create incidents reports. Support venue staff and LUG security with flow of games during game nights.
- Build up the LUG community at facilities with players, fans, officials, and facility staff.
- Remove all LUG garbage and ensure the facility is clean at the end of the shift.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledgeable of the rules of various sports such as hockey, softball, football, +.
- Experience working as part of team, or leading teams, projects, or events.
- Strong communicator who is extremely organized.
- Friendly, open and approachable.
- Access to a car is a plus.

EXPECTATIONS / WEEKLY REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ shifts per week (more available).
- Fall Winter Role - September - April.
- Summer Role - May - August
