Where unextraordinary athletes compete for an extraordinarily good time
Established in 2015, the WAG Cup Championship Tournament is the pinnacle of the LUG season. This marquee event features championship teams from regional LUG divisions in a Memorial Cup style elimination tournament to crown the overall LUG Champion for their sport.

Finals dates will be confirmed during the season. New divisions will be added to existing WAG Cups and/or new WAG Cups will be created.

Notes
- In the 2022-23 season, some basketball, lacrosse, soccer, hockey, flag, and softball divisions did not have enough regional leagues within driving distance to organize a WAG Cup. If possible, in the 2023-24 season a WAG Cup date will be added.
TOURNAMENT DETAILS
- This is what we play for. The WAG Cup pits the best of the best against each other to take home hardware, bragging rights, and memories to never forget. Get your team together, get on the road, and hit up an out-of-town tournament in your athletic 'prime'.
Roster eligibility
- All participating players must be registered with LUG for the current LUG season. No ringers!
Qualifying Teams
- The winning team of each division will be invited to the WAG Cup. In the event that a Division Champion cannot attend the tournament, the following tie-breaking procedure will be in place to determine the next eligible team to represent that division at the tournament.

- 1st place regular season team
- 2nd, 3rd,4th..etc.
What's Included
- The WAG Cup tournament includes a single or 2-game elimination single-day tournament. Winning teams go on and can expect to play 3-6 games in a day. Teams in the WAG Cup also receive a limited edition "I Played in the WAG" t-shirt.
- WInning teams in the WAG Cup will receive exclusive WAG Cup Championship Rings.
FEES
There is a fee to participate in the WAG Cup. Fees are due on acceptance of the tournament invite and are paid during WAG Cup registration.
