CALL UP & SUBSTITUTE PLAYERS
Call Ups are permitted to play in LUG when a team is short players. The only exception is in playoffs (see below). All Call Up players must complete the Call Up Registration Form.

SPARE GOALIES & EBUGS (EMERGENCY BACKUP GOALIES)
No game of hockey is complete without a goalie. LUG allows goalies to be called up in an emergency basis in all situations (including the playoffs).
If you're looking to join our Spare Goalie list and be invited to play games in your city of choice, register below. We send out emails to goalies weekly with game openings.

SUBSTITUTE PLAYERS & PLAYOFFS
- Call up players are NOT allowed to play in the playoffs. No ringers. Only registered LUG players can participate in playoffs.
- EXCEPTION: Spare Goalies in hockey are permitted to play in the playoffs as without a goalie, there is no playoff game.
