All registrations are final once submitted. No refunds will be given.
The only exception is if LUG is unable to run a league due to a lack of registrations (not enough to form a league). At this point we will offer to transfer the individuals to another league or provide a refund at their request.
We plan our leagues around registrations and cannot accommodate changes. Registrations are final and non-refundable. Things like changes in our schedule or yours, relocating your residence or job, failure of a referee to appear, league postponements, facility changes and injury are not grounds for a refund. This is not an exhaustive list.
LUG Sports is not responsible for players on your team not showing up. We know it’s frustrating when you are short on players. Please refer to the league rules for your league for information on picking up players when your team is short.
LUG Sports also cannot control whether teams forfeit. We discourage forfeits, but we cannot guarantee that your opponent will show up, will have enough players, will show up on time, etc.
LUG does not provide refunds for closures due to inclement weather, defaulted, cancelled or rescheduled games. This includes a league losing Facility contracts due to players breaking facilities rules, ex. if a facility cancels contracts because players broke the rules (fighting, drinking, damaging the facility etc).
