THE LEAGUE OF LEAGUES
The LUG OA Hockey League is designed for the older and younger professional for where they’re at now in life... graduates of college, pursuing careers, starting families or just tired of the mutants in your regular bush league. You got work in the morning, we get it. LUG OA is for the beauty’s who want a real league, quality competition, and to keep having good times with friends playing the game you love.
Spaces are Limited in Each Division. First Come, First Serve.
SEASON DETAILS
REGISTRATION | Early Reg Opens July 10th, 2024 @ 5:30 PM EST. Head HERE to sign up. |
LOCATIONS | 50+ locations in Canada and the U.S. Find a League. |
Season | Fall-Winter 🏒 September-April |
GAMES | 22 games guaranteed (20 regular season + 2-4 playoff games). Varies by day. |
GAME FORMAT | 13-15-15 run time periods. All games with 2 x Certified Officials. |
OVERTIME & SO | 3 minute, run time overtime periods and SO if necessary and time permits. |
PLAYOFFS | All playoffs are a 2 game SERIES. 2 playoff games guaranteed. (excluding wild cards). |
GAME DAYS | Consistent game days and times throughout the season. |
GAME TIMES | Prime Time game times. No games ending past 11:45 PM. |
TEAM SIZE | 15 players per team. (14F + 1G). Teams can have more than 15 players. |
HOW TO JOIN A LUG LEAGUE | 1) Create a Full Team with 15+ Players. 2) Create a Partial Team of 8-12 Players. Free agents can be added to your roster. 3) Sign up as a Free Agent or Group of 2-7 Players. Get added to a team with your friends and other FA's or small groups. |

WAG CUP CHAMPIONSHIP | Win your division to qualify for the WAG Cup Regional Championship Tournament. Play against Division Champions from 50+ LUG leagues for a chance to earn your rings and become a LUG legend. |
